Stirling Systems Ltd. ("Stirling Systems"), a Swiss corporation, was founded on April 04, 2004 in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The shares of Stirling Systems are held by its management team, SIG Schweizerische Industrie-Gesellschaft ("SIG"), awtec Ltd. and the Private Equity arm of the InCentive Group, InCentive Private Equity Holding Ltd.

Stirling Systems is the spin-off of a former division of SIG which developed during the last 10 years an innovative CHP unit which has the potential to realize the breakthrough of CHP units on a large scale.
